Hi everyone!

I filed my application 2 months ago and a few weeks ago, my credit card was finally charged. But I have never received the text message or receipt in the mail as of today.

Is this normal? I tried to call the number, but couldn't get thru a live person.

Go here to request for your missing paper notice: https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayNDNForm.do;jsessionid=26E38183DF4DA576E827BACE0F316DED?sroPageType=ndn&entryPoint=init

When you call USCIS, say 'technical problem' and at some point you'll get routed to an agent. The agent can also give you your receipt number verbally while you wait for your paper NOA.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

If it requires you to enter a receipt number, then call USCIS at 800-375-5283 and speak to an agent. They will verify some details and then they can pull up the info easily to give it to you. As I've mentioned previously, when you call, say 'technical problem' so that you'll get routed to an agent.
