RFIE Cover Letter

Hi all, just wondering if anyone else here has sent off their response to an RFIE recently, and if so how you formatted/what you included on the cover letter? I received an RFIE for the I-944 and have completed the form and compiled all of the supporting documentation, but before I send it off I would like some confirmation on how to word the cover letter. Bellow is my cover letter, any advice is welcome!

Nature of submission: RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR INITIAL EVIDENCE

 

To Whom It May Concern:

 

I, (full name of immigrant filing), am submitting a completed and signed Form I-944, Declaration of Self-Sufficiency in response to the Request for Initial Evidence I received regarding my I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. A copy of the Request for Initial Evidence is included with this packet, as well as supporting documentation for Form I-944. 

 

Enclosed please find:

 

• A photocopy of the Request for Initial Evidence

• Completed and signed I-944 

• Checking account statement from (full name of immigrant filing) 

• Checking account statement from (full name of US citizen spouse)

• Letter regarding credit score and report

• Credit report from TransUnion

• Copy of health insurance plan policy and information 

• Letter regarding education and qualifications 

• Photocopy of official qualification equivalency

• Photocopies of original certifications
