I-944 health care question

Hello all,

I’ve been trying to find the answer to this with no luck. My wife and I have her AOS all set except for the health care section in the I-944. She has health care through me and I have gotten a tax credit. The instructions from uscis ask for form 1095-B, 1095-C for proof of health coverage and IRS form 8963, form8962 and 1095A in regards to my tax credit. Has anybody been successful in filing the i-944 without these documents? I cannot find any leads at the moment. Any advice is greatly appreciated, thank you!
