How does one reschedule their interview date. I've been trying every which way to get this done and an answer seems very elusive. I've gotten the generic "go online and try it there response" and it never works out. The interview is scheduled at the US Embassy in Lagos. Is there anyone that can address this?

Login into your cgi account and choose the option for provide feedback. Write the reason you need to reschedule and provide any documentation that you have to support this. Also try emailing LagosIV and NVC.
