Delays of passport delivery of approved visa

Desperate for answers right now. We are at the end of the process, visa was approved on Monday Nov. 30th. But still waiting for passport to arrive in the mail.Anyone here experience problems with the courier service getting their passports back to them? We are afraid the passport has gotten lost in transit because we were given an estimated delivery of Dec. 1st. Then it switched to 2nd. Then it switched to 3rd. So concerned. We've waiting for over a year and a half now and can't imagine going through the process of getting a new passport because of a mistake of the courier the Embassy provided.

Hi @yvettejj, I understand your frustration and concerns,

The DX delivery tracking information tells me my passport is due to be delivered 04/12/2020. I will update this thread when it is delivered.

I would definitely encourage you to call verses e-mailing, due to the fact that your date keeps getting pushed back.

My passport was delivered today at ~16:00. Somewhat concerningly, it was delivered via a hired van-- I guess DX is just a courier broker service, not a full (DHL/ FEDEX type) courier service? 

I'm hoping you will also receive your passport today!
