May i Know the process to bring my wife to USA after I go to India for H1B Stamping for the first time. I was in US for 5 years. Initially came here on F1 visa and i got my H1B. Going to india for stamping and at the same time going to marry. I want to know how i can bring my wife with me back to USA once i get married. My stamping should be done first or i can parallelly start my wife H4 visa process?

Are the consulates taking routine cases? Also, there is currently a ban until Dec. 31, 2020. That date is subject to change. https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2020/06/25/2020-13888/suspension-of-entry-of-immigrants-and-nonimmigrants-who-present-a-risk-to-the-united-states-labor "and any alien accompanying or following to join such alien"
