Quick question, if someone is filing for a parent and listed all of their under 21 years old siblings would those siblings be automatically considered for a visa once the parent's application is approved? Or does the parent have to file for the children?

Hi,

When a USC petitions for a parent, only the parent will be eligible for a visa.

The I-130 requires listing all the beneficiary's children.  It's biographical.  None of them will qualify for visas.

Once the parent becomes an LPR, the parent can file new I-130 petitions for their unmarried children.

This is very helpful. Thank you so much for this.

Parent will have to file for them in F2A or F2B category upon becoming an LPR (also you can petition for them in F4 but that takes way longer), that's because the immediate relative category does not allow derivatives.

Contradictions without citations only make you look dumb.
