Hello All,

I am US permanent residence for more than 5 years and now I am filing n-400 for citizenship.

I filed online for greencard. Now, I forgot my username and password, and the email that I used is no longer valid (it was work related email). So, I created a new USCIS account. During filing the form, it asks for USCIS account number (and it also says it can be found in profile page but I do not see it). I assumed, I have to use my previous USCIS account number which was used during PR filing.

What should I do in this case? Any suggestion will appreciated.

Thanks.

Call, so they can restore your original login.

Better than creating a new one then your GC is linked,

Each person needs a separate account

Ok, Thank you very much. I just sent an online message to USCIS.
