Once you are DQ how long does it usually take to get interview letter for date in manila?  We was DQ on October 7th but have not received a letter or email yet.  This process is a PITA

Well NCV will hold the documents with them until USEM tells them that they are ready for a certain date set  of documents. As to when, who knows I have been DQ since July 27th and they ae still with NVC. 18 months since filing the I-130 all I can say this whole process takes lots of patience.
