I have been made job offers to start on the 23rd July, My notice date for I-765 was 20th April, so all going well I should have EAD by the time my job is supposed to start. My question is if I have not recieved it in the 3 month limit is there anyway to get it directly on 20th July so I don't lose this position?

AOS and EAD Timeline

First Application rejected due to them not receiving $70 for Biometrics, even though I had a receipt from them :-(

NOA1 - 10/01/2007

Biometrics - Middle of October, don't have exact date sorry

I-485 and I-765 Touched - 10/23/2007

EAD Approved - 10/27/2007

Nothing Since

No. All you can do is go to a local office and they will put in a request to the MSC to either expedite the EAD or issue (by mail) and interim EAD. They don't issue on the spot interim EADs any more unfortunately.

You'll most likely get the EAD in time I would say.
