01/2012 date docs completed

My stepdaughters application has a date of January 2012. The docs are completed as of Aug 2019 everything completed and then the pandamic occurred and trump halted all imigration. She lives in Moscow. I read somewhere that if it goes past a year we have to start all over. What are my options on this?

I think you were given a year to submit all documents to NVC. If everything is submitted and case is documentarily qualified then everything should be fine. Just need to wait for a ban to be lifted. Petitioner or applicant can try calling or emailing NVC to verify that nothing else is needed.
