Biometric Fingerprint error. Now what?

Hi guys. i had my biometrics today. 
 

unfortunately, when the tech was trying to get my finger prints, it would not take two of my fingers on the left hand and two on the right as well! Ugh. One time, the machine even said “fingerprint mismatch”  :( 


he didnt try to correct the red flags on my biometrics. He just let me sign after
 

could this be an issue with my biometrics causing delay in my n400 process?
