MY wife, whom I successfully petitioned for,  and I just had a baby boy. We are in fact in the process of submitting our Removal of Conditions

I know that if I have my wife sign up for AHCCCS (AZ Medicaid), it would be deemed a "means tested benefit" and the Government would likely come after me for any money spent on my wife's healthcare.
Is that also true for our son?
I am a US Citizen, and my baby boy was born on US Soil.... so on those to facts alone, makes him a US Citizen (actually either one on their own, would too).

I understand my son being signed up for AHCCCS won't make my wife a Public Charge... but can it be used against me as a "Means tested benefit" and be expected to pay it back? OR is the fact that my son is a US Citizen, make him completely eligible to receive AHCCCS benefit without being required to be repaid? I'm unsure how that whole thing works.
