AOS and Medicaid Coverage

Hello, I'm wondering if you can help me with this.

I came to the US as an ESTA visitor. I got pregnant with my US citizen boyfriend and decided to stay as it was best for us. We got married after that. During my pregnancy, I applied for Medicaid and got approved. After my daughter was born, I sent in my AOS application and still had my medicaid.

Here is my question: Will my AOS application be jeopardise if I still have medicaid coverage? (My husband is my primary sponsor and I have a joint sponsor)

Hi! Any updates on your status? Did they approved your application even if you’re still under Medicaid?

if I could remember correctly, it was 3-4 months during my pregnancy and 3 months postpartum.

Thanks. How long did you get approved? I applied last month and until now we haven't received any notification for approval. You think it will not affect our application for AOS or Removal of condition??
