FYI: 33 days from lockbox receipt to electronic notice of receipt

Hi Everyone,

 

Just thought I'd provide this info on current notification time from the Chicago lockbox facility.  For us, it was 33 days from the time UPS delivered the AOS (k-1) packet to the Chicago lockbox to the day we received the text message saying the package was received and an NOA was in the mail.  It also appears that the lockbox facility waits until the last minute to cash the checks, because we called the bank frequently and kept getting the response that the check had not been cashed (which is probably a nice thing for them to do in case they have to reject the application so they haven't taken your money already).
