Our NOA letter that extends travel ability for a year expired in May 07. This happened because we recieved an RFE which of course added time on to our process, and now it has been over a year since we submitted the I-751. I'm wondering if anyone has ever recieved a second notice of action letter that would extend travel ability for another year (a second year) while the I-751/RFE is processing.

Thanks!

As I have said before in your other posts you NEED to make an infopass appointment to find out why your case is taking so long..... you should have made that infopass before your NOA1 expired... so I would recommend you get that appointment ASAP....

Yeah.. there is no additional extension. In order to get an extension, you're going to have to make an Infopass Appointment, find out about the status of your case, and ask for an I-551 stamp for your passport.
