The cafe near the MTL consulate

I know that it has been mentioned on here about a cafe that is near the MTl consulate that has lockers to rent or will hold your bags for a fee. Anyone have any info on it? Where it's located? How much? Are they lockers? Is it open early in the morn?

I'm staying at the Days Inn and am pretty sure they would hold my bags for me as most hotels will, but I am hopefully packing light and only taking a large tote style bag with me for the trip as it will only be for one night and all I need is a change of clothes and a few things. I was hoping to stash the bag in a locker at the cafe if possible rather than return to the hotel to pick it up. Anyone got any insight on this?

Across the Street is the Tour centre Hotel ( where i stayed) 400 René Lévesque ..they have a lock up and will give you a ticket to recover your things.. They did not ask me if I was staying there..

the cafe is right on the corner next to the consulate. They don't have lockers I don't think, they just hold onto stuff for you behind the counter.

PLEASE DO NOT PRIVATE MESSAGE ME OR EMAIL ME. I HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT CURRENT US IMMIGRATION PROCEDURES!!!!!

Thanks for replies. I think I will just have the Days hold it for me. If I remember correctly the Days is only a few blocks so I can easily walk back to pick it up after. I just have to remember to downsize my wallet that I take and leave the extra credit cards and junk at home so I can take it with me into the consulate and then I will prbably just have a cell phone and my change of clothes that will be left behind in my bag at the hotel.

I would say it shouldn't be a problem for Days Inn to hold your stuff behind the check in counter. The few places I did stay in MTL over the years had no problem doing so

Good luck with your Interview I'm sure everything will go well
