Unable to pay AOS IV Fee - online

Is anyone else receiving this error " An error occurred while submitting your payment. Please try again later." I have been trying for months and still getting the same error. I see multiple people suggesting to just call them or submit email inquires (which i have) and nothing happens. I really want to get this done and i understand covid is causing some delays but this is very frustrating...anyone has a method that works? keep calling until they start caring? 

 

Small context: my case was almost terminated but i recently reactivated it and i have to repay my fees again... not sure if this is where the problem is stemming from.
