Hi Everyone,

First of all I want to say what a great site you have created very informative and organized. I have a question regarding how do Russian people immigrate to United States as a religious minority. I have a uncle and his family who live there and I want to know what forms do they need to file to come to U.S.A. as a religious minority. I live in Washington State and we have a large Russian populations . Could anyone tell me what forms they could file to come as religious minorities. Your input is important for me.

Unfortunately, we are a community for family-based immigration, not just immigrating family members. That means we don't have much experience (as a group) with this sort of thing.

Perhaps EB4 classification. But there are few ways to immigrate other than through immediate family, or some sort of employment based immigration.

Actually, my family sponsored two families (one Russian, one from the Ukraine) based on their status as religious minorities. I think it's pretty common. I just don't know the details.
