Ok,i wanted to write out exactly how i have my package put together, and hopefully have it read over by poeple here to make sure i'm not missing anything, and that everything is in the right order (it seems they are picky about what goes behind what)

AND first a question- should i include form I-485 with my I-765 and I-131? These forms ask for evidence that i qualify to apply for ead and ap(such as filing for aos)- so i thought of filing each form in separate envelopes but include copies of I-485 with those two.Does this sound confusing? lol..or..should i just put together I485,I-131,and I-765 all in one stack(with supporting docs)God i can't wait to be done with this...

OK,here is how i have it all put together right now,all in order:

~I-130~

cover letter

form I-130,check for $190 attached to front of form

copy of my husbands birth certificate

copy of my passport and birth certificate

certified marriage certificate

certified divorce documents

G-325a filled out by me,1 passport photo of me attached behind in plastic bag

G-235a filled out by husband,1 passport photo of him attached behind in plastic bag

evidence of relationship-in a plastic bag some random photos of us together

~AOS~

cover letter

form I-485,check for $395 attached to front of form

photocopy of my passport, and birth certificate

certified marriage certificate

certified divorce documents

2 passport photos of me in plastic bag

G-325a x4

I-864-with husbands pay stubs for last 3 months, and last year's tax return

I-693-all i have is the sealed envelope the CS gave me,which includes the I-693 form in it already-so do i need to fill out another one with it?

~EAD~

cover letter

form I-765,check for $180 attached

2 passport photos of me

~AP~

cover letter/written explanation as to why i qualify

form I-131,check for $170 attached

copy of my passport and birth certificate

2 passport photos of me

....so..should i bunch all this stuff together or put each in their own envelopes(of course sent all at once in one big ### envelope)and if so is it better to put the cover letters on the front of the envelope or inside at the front? And i suppose if i don't need to include copies of I-485 with the EAD and AP,then i could compile everything together but subsection it with paper clips?

Sorry i'm being so detailed and annoying lol, but i know these poeple are ####### and i don't want an RFE.

Thanks,

Jessica

Hi Jessica,

I suggest to visit http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...page=i130guide2. it has a cool checklist that helps. Also, if you want to, you can double check with the forms that you download. I checked my papers 4 times before sending them hehe. Then I did the stupid mistake of sending it to the wrong place (texas instead of chicago). But somehow I got the NOAs and I also got my biometrics, I was told that i will get my EAD soon on the Application Service Center.

there is an option on the USCIS call center that tells you depending on your zip code where to send the package. I suggest (if you need to call uscis) not to take them as the last response. They did not help me much. I got lots of better info in this site.

what else? I sent a bigger envelope with 3 smaller envelopes (i130/i485/i765), all of them with a cover letter detailing everythingfor every envelope.

and keep a couple of copies of the package that you send.

And.. patience. and Good luck :)

See you!
