My sister's interview is coming up (Next Week)- we received an email from the US embassy in Manila to upload some documents into the Ceac website. And this week, we uploaded the documents that they asked for. Will this affect the processing of her interview?

No, it is just part of the process, make sure to bring the original documents to the interview.  They are switching over to digital files for immigrant visas so uploading to CEAC is normal processing.

Here is a link to the embassy process   https://ph.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/family-based-immigration/the-interview/ (Do follow the 5 steps)

Also, don't forget CFO-PDOS once your sister has her passport w/visa

Yes.  They ask for the visa number with PDOS to schedule the seminar

I thought we can schedule pdos even before the interview. Lol

Nope, must have passport w/visa before scheduling with PDOS.  Only the GCP seminar can be scheduled and even completed before the interview, but GCP is only for K-1 and IR/CR-1 visa.
