Just wondering if anyone has or has seen a tracker of the US Embassy i-130 processing times.

Noticed the most recent update states working on forms filed on November 4th, with our NOA1 on the 4th December I'm just trying to work out when to start pulling together the next round of paperwork.

So we filed on the 31st October and received NOA1 on the 20th Nov. I've been keeping a track of how quickly the USCIS London office are getting to petitions via their weekly website updates and it looks like they are speeding up. They were taking around 4 months not that long ago and put a message on their website saying this was due to staff shortages. The latest update is saying they are taking around 2.5 months!

In terms of docs, I have requested a medical summary from my GP which should be with me today / tomorrow. I'm requesting my police report shortly via ACRO. Short of that I am not sure there is much more you can do. However, more experienced users may be able to help more?

Hope this helps.

Hi guys,

My wife (American) and I (British) had our NOA1 accepted in London during the first week of December 2019. UCIS now say that they are processing applications filed on 20 December (as of 24 January 2020).

Did you receive an email before getting a letter from USCIS? If so, how long did this take after the tracker said your application was being "processed"?

Thanks

Alex

I’d be gathering everything now. That way you’ll be ready ... things can move quickly with DCF. Become familiar with the DS 260 and make sure you have all the information needed to fill it out ...   You will need I 864 forms and tax transcripts .. possibly a joint sponsor depending on your circumstances .. evidence of domicile or intending domicile in the US. Plenty to do !!
