Attended interview couple of weeks back. Officer could not see my bio metric system in his computer instead he saw someone else info. Passed the test but decision cannot be made.

There is no clear indication on what is next step and i was given a letter saying decision cannot be made.

Anybody in the same boat or have an experience of it before ?

Sorry this happened to you!

You are just going to have to wait. For n400 they must give you a decision in 120 days. You are going to have to wait and see if they are able to find your biometrics or if they send you another biometrics appointment. You can reach out to your local congressperson (2 senators and 1 rep- use google to find them) they often have a form on their website for a release for assistance. You can ask them for help with what is going on, although they are unable to actually do anything to force USCIS to make a decision- they will contact USCIS and make sure USCIS is doing what they need to do to get this resolved. Its better then sitting in the dark waiting. Since its been a few weeks I would expect them to either have found your biometrics by now or have generated a notice for new biometrics (or will be any day now). The congressperson can find out what is going on. You could also go to infopass but IMO using the congressperson is better.
