I would like to have an advice of what lawyer to choose to represent me, I have my file under administrative processing for domicile reason, the consulate did not request any document but they only said we cannot issue the visa for the moment:

I did my research I find those lawyers, please help me to choose one of them.  if you have another one more good than those, please let me know:

The middle two are not purely immigration lawyers but seems like they do different stuff. That tells me they're not specialized.

The last one is a criminal defense attorney.

The first one is the most promising.

My favorite immigration lawyer is Dyan: https://dyanwilliamslaw.com/

She is the most knowledgeable immigration attorney I've met. To me, her biggest strength is her ability to write briefs (often to Consulate/Embassies overseas) that present your case in such a compelling way that usually result in an approval, which is what you need. You don't need a lawyer to sue the State Department, it's gonna get nowhere. You need them to approve it.

Unfortunately, no. However, it is not needed to discuss in person. With today's technology, a skype call or Facetime is just as good.
