my father applied for i130 f4 from my uncle around year 2001 that got approved years ago and we lost the approval notice so we filled a i824 and it got accepted now we are at NVC stage after we paid NVC fee a month later our interview got scheduled without us sending documents to the NVC, i don't see upload documents at all on the CEAC site, All we did was fill out ds260. is this normal? Also when i track the case on CEAC it shows as "Ready"

Hi,

  I think you are very lucky if your case is ready for the interview within a month. I started my process in February paid fees and submitted all the documents and in November finally they approved everything. But still haven't received an interview date. So, I think as long as you received the interview notification you should be all set. Just make sure to take all the documents with you at the interview. I would also call NVC to double check if everything is true. Just a food for thought.
