I came to the US in 2011 through a k1 visa and subsequently became a US citizen (in 2015) after 3 years of marriage, We had a daughter together and all that. But  unfortunately we went through some struggles and unreconcilable situation that lead to us getting divorce in middle 2019 and before then, We were separated for like couple of months and I starting talking to an old friend from my home country

My question is this, If I decide to marry this new found love sometime in early 2020,Can I even be able to file for her to come to the US and are am likely to have some immigration issues bringing her to the US since I gain my citizenship through my previous marriage in 2015.

Second question, Is there anything like 5 years waiting period for filing for a new spouse if I happen to gain citizenship from a pervious marriage. And if so, Is the 5 years waiting period before I  get married again or before I can be able file a new petition.... I was just reading a lot of complicated stories & instructions on here and need some clarification before making a final decision on what to do..

Thank you guys

No, not from the previous marriage.

The 5 years rule applies to LPR. I think you're clear.
