NVC Expedite requirements

1. Is NVC case number required for expediting case?
2. Or NVC confirming (by phone) that they received your petition and providing NOA2 is sufficient?

 

As NVC case number may take up to 3 weeks, if we can send expedite e-mail before case number then we are at least 3 weeks quicker.

Just send your request. They can look it up by USCIS receipt number

Thanks. I assume I need them to confirm that they receive my I-130 before sending my expedite e-mail?

Yes. Otherwise, they have no idea who you are or what petition you're doing
