CENOMAR for US Embassy Singapore

Good day! Has anyone here had the same situation as ours? My husband is under the F2a category and will be interviewed on Oct 1,2019 in the US Embassy Singapore. Yesterday, the embassy asked us to submit CENOMAR but it should be sent directly to the embassy by the PSA/NSO from the Philippines. I applied for the CENOMAR online and used the FEDEX courier service for it to be faster. However, I am wondering if It is right that I put my husband’s name for the requestor’s name then the US Embassy Singapore’s address for the delivery address. Is this how it’s supposed to be done? Please help! I read that the requestor’s name should be the same as the FEDEX account holder’s name which is why I did that.

for my case, im under E3, all my dependents are coming with me. My son just turned 21 this week so during pur interview yesterday, officer ask us to obtain CENOMAR WHICH WILL BE SENT DIRECTLY FROM PSA TO US EMBASSY SINGAPORE.  I also put his name and adress is the embassy adress. I am just wondering if embassy acknowledged it?

Hi! Yes. It did. They will receive it. We had no problems doing it. Did you do the expedited process with fedex or just the normal?

Hi, thanks for your reply, im still waiting for PSA reply- its just showing- processing. And yes, i applied for expedite processing. I applied on November 5 and its 2 days already still showing processing.

Hi. So you sent your cenomar by yourself thru fed ex? US embassy accepted or no?

Hello. Yes I did! They received it. I made my own account with fedex.

Sorry. Just wanted to clarify it. I did send it thru fedex but I applied online thru the psa service Link that the US Embassy in Singapore sent. It has to come from the department itself. Then I made an account with fedex and gave it to them so they dan send it. Hope this helps.

You gave you fed ex account? You're not scared? You have to send your credit card number.

You have to give your fedex account number. It doesn't  include your card details. It’s just your account number which will be given to you after you sign up for a fedex account. Please read the instructions given to you and follow thru. If you want an expedited service then that’s the only accepted way. If not, just apply online thru the site that the embassy sent you. Thanks!

They need just the account number to be able to charge the service. You dont have to give your password. Just the number if that’s your worry. Make sure the FEDEX account is named after the applicant.

Hello Philipson,

you may ready Ryan Tey’s  previous post too. 

 

But based on my experience, it’s a bit troublesome! but it’s worth it, you have to comply with all the requirements most specially this CENOMAR! If you have kids migrating with you who is now 21 years old, be proactive and obtain 1, even if USCIS didn’t ask for it! Just request to Philippines and send directly to US embassy singapore... in our case, whole family was approved during the interview except my son who turned 21 during the interview. ( note: he was 19 when we applied but still during the interview he turned 21 so they need CENOMAR to be sent directly from PSA to US embassy singapore , so his visa was not approved on the interview day- and it’s very frustrating ) But then all is good after we complied! BTW, we are here in US on 12/16/19.

 

1. Open Psaserbilis website, choose expedite, 

apply for CENOMAR, they will charge international courier in USD,$25.20

 *** choose Foreign request, enter country , then fill out embassy address . 

 

it will ask you to provide your fedex  account. There’s a link to follow if you don’t have one. 

 

2. Fedex:  link provided, search how to open new account, for me, there was a PDF form attached online for you to complete then scan/take photo then send to email to fedex. They will reply to you to provide your contact details. They called me for my credit /debit card details. 

 

NOTE: Fedex account should be the applicants name only( person obtaining CENOMAR). Also, the debit/ credit card you will provide should be under the applicant’s name.. this was my challenge before because my son( student) don’t have one! So we did extra steps to link my card under his name! Huh! But we made things happen in a week !

 

3. once all is set, go back to psaserbilis , they will advice where to email( for me was info2) with all the details they need:

 

                   *Paid PSA Serbilis Batch Request Number: 0724-8007-*****

 

 * Active FedEx account name and account number: 

 * Account name: 

*Delivery type: Priority Delivery (International)

 

*Complete consignee’s name and delivery address :

 

 

       FOR:  Philip Son

            SGP2018754***

             IMMIGRATION VISA UNIT

              US EMBASSY SINGAPORE

              27 NAPIER ROAD

               SINGAPORE 25***
 

4.  I was very specific for consignee’s name cause i wanted then to receive it asap cause we all have our visa approved except him😪. So far from the time Fedex delivered the document. It took embassy 2 days  to update in their system.  My friend’s case took more than  a week before it was uploaded, not to mention she didn’t  indicate Case number . So my advice- be very specific in writing recipient’s name and case number to facilitate sorting, remember, there are thousands of applicants . You may email psaserbilis if you have queries too. 

 

Make sure embassy receives CENOMAR atleast 1 month prior to your interview! Cause it’s frustrating when your visa is not approved during the interview, this will delay things for feew weeks to months! So  Give it a shot! All docs are complete! All medical exam are completed few weeks prior to interview date! Just bare in mind,immigant interview conducted in singapore is only every Tuesdays! 
 

5. They will only charge 1250 pesos in your fedex account once your document is received.

Hi Everyone! Just hoping someone could help me regarding this CENOMAR requiremenent by the US embassy. Our interview is scheduled on the 22nd of september. And they have advised recently that we need to get a Cenomar sent directly from PSA to US embassy here in Singapore. But unfotunately, the PSAserbilis website is down and will only be up operational on the 5th of september. I was wondering if there is enough time for the Cenomar to reach the US embassy here in Singapore if we file the request in PSA serbilis website on the 5th of Sept.

 

Also, has any one tried acquring the Cenomar physically (not online) from Philippines and arranged self delivery to the US embassy via Fedex? Will the US embassy accept it?
