Hi everyone!

I was just wondering... NVC accepted all of the civil documents I uploaded in CEAC but did not respond to one of them which is my previous J1 visa that they asked me to upload together with my documents. It still says "submitted" and the rest of my documents is now saying "accepted" Has anyone here had the same experience?

My husband's I-864 was rejected because they're not accepting multiple document types so he will re-upload that today.

09/01 - uploaded all civil and financial documents

09/07 - NVC rejected I-864

Thank you!

I was actually surprised and really glad that our documents got reviewed with in a week from uploading because our USCIS priority date is June 5, 2018. It took 14 months for USCIS to approve the petition so I'm really hoping and praying that the NVC phase would be a lot quicker.  🙏  I'm pretty sure yours will be reviewed soon! Praying for our case complete ASAP! ☺️
