We didn't get a NOA....

Hello all!!

I am on an H1B visa here in the US. We are already send my AOS about 2 weeks ago but we didn't get NOA yet. And my I-94 will expire in a couple days. I would like to know if we can't get NOA before expire than I will be overstaying? Please let me know we are nervous...and we don't want to get any trouble. 

Please help us out.......thank you.

Technicall, as long as you filed, you're good. However, you need some sort of proof of that. How did you pay? They they cash the check or charge the credit card?

We used a personal check. But they didn't cash out yet...however, I send it USPS with tracking and I have proof that is arrived there.
