3 month, it was during panademic maybe that’s why .

I'll going to wait for the Senator's office to get back to me which will hopefully be soon, and then submit an application to the ombudsman.

Senator didn’t do much or me  ,waste of time and the same respond -application still pending.

Yes, I'm not really expecting the Senator's office to do too much, but hopefully it could help.

Same here, interview last September but no update. Did everything called the Senator, Uscis , and sent the Ombudsman Recently but still no change .All what they say Is we are waiting background check !!!

What's your original country? and was your I-751 delayed for a background check too?

Jordan, I don't have I-751 , already have permanent GC since 3 years .

Germany originally. I'm guessing a Jordan background check may take longer, but not sure.

 

My I-751 was slow, but typical for New York (17 months).
