got NVC notice but CEAC shows no new message

Hello,

 

I got Welcome letter on 2018 Oct and spent much time preparing the supporting document till now.

My status : PD 2014 JAN and i am wait for CC 

 

I submitted the latest AOS document on July 9th and just received NVC email notice today that they have updated my case in CEAC website.

Unlike usual, there was no new messages from CEAC and  i have no idea what about the next action i should take. 

 

Does anyone experience this kind of situation? 

NVC send email notice about update  but no new message show on CEAC? 

 

Any suggestions and advice giving here will be super helpful.

the same happened to me today. I've been on the phone to NVC but can't get through.  did you find out what it was?

After three days later i received another NVC notice with new messages.

I suggest you keep trying to call NVC while awaiting for another NVC notice.
