Hello,

I was wondering if anyone experienced this.. I misplaced my I-601 approval letter, I do have a copy scan of it  as well as the letter that was sent to my lawyer showing it was approved and the email from USCIS advising me it was approved.

I recently got my Visa approved and the CO advised me that CBP may want to see the original.

Will I be refused entry without it? Even though I have proof of it.

I was advised I can refill out another form but there is n time as my medical expires September and the processing time takes 8 to 12 months to receive it.

We are still looking everywhere for it but I was curious if anyone crossed through to activate their Visa and didn't have an original copy.

just frantic right now and I wanted to see if anyone has been through this!

Thanks!
