N 400 Interview coming up ....

Hi Guys

 

I Got my N400 interview scheduled for next month but my i751 still pending and now it's out of processing time should i call the immigration to ask about it and send a request

for late processing time ? 

 

  or ignore it and go to the N400 interview ?

Hard to give us advise with few information given and without timeline.

i applied for  i751 in DEC 2017 and then applied for N400 in Feb 2019 under 3 years marriage rule ....

You actually answered your own question. Call them and try to check if your local office accepts infopass, tell them you have your N-400 interview scheduled and your I-751 is still pending.

Ask them as well if they will do a combo interview and make sure to bring your spouse if they will do combo interview. 

There are some not good story here in VJ that they were sent home because their I-751 is still pending and can't do the N-400 interview, so act as early before your N-400 interview.

Note that not all USCIS local field office do combo interview so better to know now so they can do something on your application before your N-400 interview.

I Called them yesterday but the customer support they don't know anything they told me that just do whatever the letter says ... ! 

and bring your old green card with you ...  Should i send a online request for i751 being out of processing time .. ?

Call back again and ask for Tier 2 officer that can assist you further.
