864 question

Hey, i hope someone an help me with something. My joint sponsor has problems filling out the 864 form.

 

so he has a wife and claims his brother in law on his tax return. That makes a household of 3

 

he is going to sponsor me as well as my child. But my child and i have seperate petitions. Which means he has to do two seperate 864 forms.

 

but since only one of us is listed on each 864 form it makes a householdsize of 4 on esch form even tho its actually 5 ( him, his wife, brother in law, me and my child) the instructions arent very helpfull 🙈

 

it says don not list more than one on each form...
