Service Request/Case Inquiry for IR1/CR1

All,

A month back, I upgraded my petition from F2A to CR1. I received a letter that my case has been upgraded to IR1 category. I wanted to open a Service Request/Case Inquiry and verify all information are accurate. I used 'Case outside normal processing time' option under Case Inquiry. Once submitted, I received 'You application is currently within the posted processing time. An inquiry may not be created."

Has anyone tried opening a service request after upgrading your case from F2A to CR1 category? Or anyone has received same message after submitting case inquiry?

Well, is it outside of normal processing time for your new visa category?

Well, you can try.  But there are many in the queue ahead of you, and that's how this works.
