So we recently finished all the NVC requirements and they had a few additional documents they requested for the affidavit of support.
At the same time, two documents were scanned vertically vs horizontally, for the civil documents and they requested they be scanned horizontally.
We uploaded both the financial documents and the civil document corrections at the same time. The following day the financial documents were noted as "accepted".
However, the civil documents are listed as uploaded, as if they have not yet been reviewed.

A few days later we received an e-mail that they have updated our case status. Visiting the case, nothing had changed. Still shows the two civil documents as uploaded, and no change.
Today, yet again, they notified us that our case status had been updated. Got excited, logged in, same status.

Curious if this is normal, and maybe this is just some automated system that is tagging it, or what experience anyone else might have with it? They were so fast at first, and now it feels like it is stuck in limbo.

So I had called them after the first time, and the woman stated simply that everything was correct, no worries. However, a few minutes after posting this I got yet another e-mail.
I decided to call. The woman who helped me was very nice, and complete.

She looked at the case, and, what I  had done was uploaded "additional documents", for the replacements.
As you may or may not know, the site itself is not really intuitive and there was no real instructions for this. Apparently we had to hover over a button and wait till it said "replace documents".
So long story short, problem solved, I replaced the documents because apparently nobody could actually accept the uploaded documents, nor press the rotate button on the PDF that I sent in vertically :)
All good now.
