My sister in USA , as our sponsor, is self- employed ( a restaurant owner) . she is single with a young daughter of 14 years old. Her income is very good more than the poverty guideline.......she already paid 2014+2015+2016+2017 taxes.....but she hasn't filed anything for 2018 tax till now..
How can she  fill in i-864  today concerning taxes and income   ( I mean what all tax forms she should fill in beside i-864)....thanks in advance

She would need statement indicating why she did not file taxes nd her sign on it 

 

if she applied for extension she need the copy of externsion form .
