Is this a standard message after submission? I received the following message in CEAC the day after we submitted the I864, DS-260 and all the required documents. We were very thorough and looking through everything that was submitted, it all looks good.

Subject: "NVC Feedback"

Message: "NVC cannot review your submitted documents until we have received all of the required documents DS-260, Civil Documents and Financial Documents. Once these documents have been submitted, we will review your case. Please follow your CEAC Home page and nvc.state.gov/ceac."

I've tried calling several times but every time there's the message to call back later due to high call volume. Tried sending an email through the CEAC contact form but haven't received a reply.

I'm unclear what I should be doing now and would appreciate any advice.

Hi.  Some friends of our received the same message and after talking about it on several forums, we've come to the conclusion that that is NVC's way of saying "Hang tight, we'll get to your stuff whenever we're able."   Because if something were missing, it would be clearly stated in the NVC email account.    They're still waiting.  If we see any progress on this, we'll post it here in the forum.
