Good Afternoon,

I have applied 3 sisters and have received the welcome letter stating that we can start to process their cases already. There are total in 9 people in three families. After I review my three recent years income and realized that 2018 & my current year income are above the income requirement, but 2017 & 2016 are below the requirement. My questions are:

1. Does my income fulfill the requirement even though only 2 years above?

2. There are 3 families (1 has 4 people, 1 has 3 people, and the other 1 has 2 people) and they want to come together. Do I need to fill out different I-864 form for each family?

3. continue from question 2, if I need to fill out one for each family, do I need to include the other two families' house size in the Part 5, # 6 (If you have sponsored any other persons on Form I-864 or Form I-864EZ who are now lawful permanent residents.) For example, when I fill out the one for the family of 4, should I enter 5 in the Part 5, #6?

Thanks a lot!
