"Estimated case completion time" VERSUS "Estimated wait time"

After I did biometrics in early May 2109 my estimated case completion time was 9 months and my estimated wait time (for an interview) was 8 months. After the 5/16/19 system updates, now both of my estimates are the same: 11 months. This doesn't seem right. From what I have generally seen on this forum is the "estimated wait time" (for the interview) is shorter than the "estimated case completion time" which makes sense as after the interview there is still the oath to take place etc. I would have felt less deflated if just the case completion time changed on 5/16 and the wait time (for the interview) stayed the same. But that's not what happened and now both dates are the same. Any ideas as to what's going on here?
