VJer's, USCIS has finally tendered my check for payment according to my on-line banking report for 05/30. I am unable to retrieve the receipt # presently as my bank is in the process of scanning image. Therefore, I would have to call CSC when they open to get the 411. Prayerfully, I will get a rep that will give me my receipt # and not a canned answer "wait 60 days and call us if you have not received NOA-1". I guess there is pulse in CSC...hello.

Now I can go into hibernation for the next three months...... Sike (sp). I will be stalking CSC for my NOA-2 now that I know we are in their database and please no stinking RFE's here.

Yes, on the second try I was lucky enough to have a female customer service rep that transferred my call to live personnel in CSC. The attendant was able to provide me with my I-129 receipt # "WACxxxxxxxxxxx" after giving my D.O.B and full name. However, my priority noa-1 date is 05/23. I had mailed out the petition via USPS express on 04/27 and confirmed delivery was on 04/30. Anyway, it is alright, at least my petition was not lost in the mail. Also, the last update "touch" was dated 05/30. It is safe to assume that it was a result of my phone call today for the touch. Excellent!!!! I wish good luck and patience to others that are still waiting to get beyond this small step and a speedy approvals. Have a gr8 day.

- Cheers!!
