Hello,

So my fiancé(beneficiary) has her interview coming up and I want to make sure I have everything clear. My main concerns are about are about the I-134 forms.

1. On part 3 it ask to input my annual income. I recently got a new position at the company I work for therefore my income is higher than what my tax returns show for 2018. My plan was to just input the income for what I earned in 2018. Both incomes are above the guidelines. Would that be fine?

2. As for the question regarding real estate value. I do own a home but I have no idea how much is it valued at how can I base this on or what proof do I need. I was going to leave this section blank since I do not live there, nor do I earn any money or owe anything there. Would this cause a problem?

3. Does my fiancé need a copy of the original NOA2?

4. Is my fiancé the only one going to need to have passport photos?

5. As far a proof of income I was able to get my tax transcripts from IRS website however what concerns me it doesn't show my full name or full social security. Is this standard? Or will I have to go in person?

6. My employer gave me a letter with all the necessary information example position, salary, start date but it doesn't clarify if I am a permanent or temporary employee(I am permanent). Will this cause a problem?

Thank you so much in advance I can't believe I'm almost there :)

2. As for the question regarding real estate value. I do own a home but I have no idea how much is it valued at how can I base this on or what proof do I need. I was going to leave this section blank since I do not live there, nor do I earn any money or owe anything there. Would this cause a problem?Likely not an issue.

3. Does my fiancé need a copy of the original NOA2? Check the VJ K1 Guide for answer, and to check if you missed anything.

4. Is my fiancé the only one going to need to have passport photos? You already sent in yours during the petition part of the process? Check with the interviewing consulate for their interview requirements.

5. As far a proof of income I was able to get my tax transcripts from IRS website however what concerns me it doesn't show my full name or full social security. Is this standard? Yes Or will I have to go in person? Sure, if you can, support your partner.

6. My employer gave me a letter with all the necessary information example position, salary, start date but it doesn't clarify if I am a permanent or temporary employee(I am permanent). Will this cause a problem? Likely not an issue.

Several of your questions may be at the discretion of the interviewing consulate official, or consulate policy, #1, #2, #5, #6

Don't forget to :time:
