"Has the SSA ever officially issued a Social Security Card to you?"

Curious how to answer this. I have applied for my SSN but haven't received it yet.

Do I just check off "Yes" leave the SSN part empty and explain it in additional information? Thanks!

Okay, thank you. And I assume I'm fine with saying No on item 14. That asks if I want the SSA to issue me one, since I have already done so.
