I am an AD spouse stationed overseas, i got my Conditional Green Card in November 2016. I sent the N400 online under 319b Feb, 2018 as well as the l751 Petition to Remove Conditions September, 2018, i still have not heard from USCIS since they last took action March 2018. When we call the Military Hotline they say then can not do anything since the application is stuck under background check. We will be out of the US for couple of more years. My Conditional Green Card expired and the one year letter extension will expire as well in November, 2019. Is there any action i need to take or anything can we do to help close the background check. Can i fill up the Ombudsman's DHS 7001? I appreciate you help!
