Hey guys, so my retured I 130  has been reaffirmed and sent to the NVC. Now the NVC is telling me they don’t have it. But the USCIS is saying it’s not in their jurisdiction. It’s been six weeks two days since the Uscis forwarded it to the NVC and the customer service lady tells me it doesn’t show in their system. I don’t know what to do. Secondly if they find it. How long will it take for an interview, since this it’s now a new case. . Thanks?

Hello, congrats on your reaffirmed case. Have you tried contacting your senator to get involved so they don’t ignore it. 

 

Secondly, how long did it take for your case to be reaffirmed & what’s the service center.
