Interview rescheduling Abu Dhabi

Hello, I recently received an email from NVC with an interview date in April which wasn't suitable. I tried to reschedule through their website but there are no new dates available. Any idea if this is normal?

hi. nvc will not give schedule for interview. the petitioner or the beneficiary will pay and book for the interview once the USEM in abu dhabi will email the packet 3 ( instruction for interview)

 

wait for the packet 3 from the embassy and the calendar will be open then you can book

what is your status now?

J.b. I received p3 but I try to schedule my cr1 visa appointment but there is no slots available. The website showing " There are no available appointments at the selected locations. So please try again later". Do you have any idea. When they are opening the slots for booking???
