Hi all it's again me😟

We have issue with IV fee clearing in NVC stage. Paid 02/28/2019 taken out from bank account 03/04/2019 but still status "In process"😤

We tried to sent inquire by phone and website but system and representative doesn't accept as says wrong applicants birth date. I submitted right one but then I decided to change month to date and date to month and it was accepted(right example 3/5/1099 wrong example which were accepted 5/3/1099)

Does it matter that in their system they have stated wrong applicants birth date? How can I make sure NVC has right birth date?
