I just received my paper from the US embassy in  Vietnam.  When we filed the K1/k2  It was for my fiance and her 2 daughters But the paper I received and when I go online only shows one of her  Daughters names. We are freaking out. Has anybody experienced this are have knowledge what will happen what we can do is this going to be a big delay

You mean on CEAC the case number show only 1 derivative beneficiary and not 2? To be clear the case number usually is in the format HCM******** for the primary beneficiary and for the derivative beneficiaries, it’s HCM**********-01 and HCM*********-02. You’re saying it’s only showing one? 

 

Then I don’t know, my best advice is to contact the Consulate. 

 

Just a minor thing but when you said Embassy, you mean the Consulate in HCMC right? Because I don’t think the Embassy in Ha Noi does K1.
