Change of Address impact on i-751

May 2018 filer here. Received 12 month extension in June and 18 month extension in Aug. Haven’t done biometric for I-751 yet. Filed change of address in Dec 2018 (within the same city and same state) and got confirmation of change of address.

Today i I saw a bunch of people posted here that there was an action taken on their cases about USCIS using their previous biometric. So I checked the 500 cases before and after mine on the app. It seemed like most of the cases have this new update “fingerprint reviews were completed” except mine still being stuck at “At this time, USCIS cannot provide .......”

Does anyone have experience whether change of address has any impact on the processing time? Like they pulled my packet in Dec when I filed change of address and put it back to the box along with Dec filer instead? Or NSC only needed to update my address electronically without touching my physical packet?

Any insight appreciated! Thanks!
